Training Living Neurons to Think and Develop Intuitive Neural Intelligence
For Immediate Release: April 25, 2022
The forthcoming availably of a family of Tissue Operating Device (TOD™) neural computers will create opportunities for sophisticated users to train neurons to adaptively think, assemble knowledge, and utilized intuitive neural intelligence to address large data analysis tasks and solve complex problems.
Ordinary digital computers need absolutely correct information and instructions for every task and procedural step, or they will fail to produce the correct answer. On the other hand, a Tissue Computer, powered by living neurons, will develop correct answers based on limited guidance and partial information. Trained neurons will naturally think, intuit and apply accumulated knowledge to fill-in any missing gaps, steps, logic, mathematical calculations, or procedures.
TOD™ offers users access to adaptive thinking, because living neurons are able to form direct connections to one to another. This natural process allows neurons to create and adapt their own neural networks. The result is a consolidated pool of adaptive thinking, accumulated knowledge, and united intuitive neural intelligence.
Digital computers only perform tasks they are told to perform by the user or application programmer. In simple terms, with live neurons, the user or application programmer only needs to train the neurons, and thereafter, guide them toward the answer. This is a radical change in data processing. One that opens a wide window of problem solving, data analysis, and data management opportunities to application programmers and users.
Live neurons use adaptive thinking, combined with the process of continually assembling knowledge acquired from experiences, events, actions, data, metrics, formuli, trial-and-error results, and other sources. Thereafter, they naturally use their cumulatively assembled knowledge to understand matters, generate ideas, make decisions, form opinions, and solve problems.

The Figure illustrates the training and learning process through which a neuron acquires intuitive neural intelligence. This is real, rather than artificial intelligence. It provides an overview of the functions and processes utilized by live neurons in a neural network to address problems and process tasks. The resulting neural processing is performed by all neurons and neural networks operating within a Tissue Computer (TC) array.
Assembled Knowledge – the process whereby living neurons will collect and expand learned or provided information, will result in retained knowledge available to support future processing tasks, adaptive thinking, and intuitive neural intelligence. Knowledge can be acquired from any source, computational events, sensory data, and other internal or provided data. The knowledge is stored by both individual neurons and the neural networks they belong to. Through either neuron self-generated pulses, or through user or application generated pulses, assembled knowledge can be created, stored, transferred from place to place, duplicated, edited, retrieved, or deleted.
Adaptive Thinking – is the real-time process of using sourced inputs, events, actions, learning and training, and all assembled knowledge to understand matters, generate ideas, make decisions, form opinions, and address problems. This form of neural thinking includes imagining, remembering, problem solving, daydreaming, free association, concept formation, and many other processes associated with intelligence.
Adaptive thinking can be performed within a single neuron, or within an assembled real neural network (RNN). Adaptive thinking occurs within neurons but can be encouraged and stimulated by specific pulses and pulse patterns delivered by and through individually identifiable and addressable TC neural control rods under the management and control of the user or application program.
Intuitive Neural Intelligence – is the real-time intelligent consolidation of all current adaptive thinking and assembled knowledge within a single neuron or a neural network. Neural intelligence includes the collection, processing, integration, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation of available information on any subject matter.
Tissue Computing enables users to
access powerful intuitive neural intelligence
What makes TOD™ the most versatile and effective neural computer, is the ability to deliver user and application program directed intuitive neural intelligence processing. Additional benefits include the many special features designed into the neuron to digital interface (NDI), the sensor ports, the TC Disk array, and the TC Cord data transfer system.
For maximum processing efficiency, TOD™ offers both sensor or digital inputs and data transfers. The sensor direct format allows direct input of optical, audio, video, RF, inferred, thermal, sonic, and seismic data.
Depending upon the specific applications, both of these unique neural data transfer systems can result in a massive reduction in processing time, and required processor resources, because conversions from one form of data format to another are totally eliminated.

Provided TOD™ system management powers, and accessible controls give users the ability to map out a neuron utilization and a stimulation plan that is customized to the user’s problem-solving needs and processing application. These controls, summarized in the Table, allows TC users and application programs to directly control the NDI and thereby the actions and activities of all TC live neurons.
These many accessible rights and controls, listed in the Table, are directly related to stimulation and in guiding the actions of neurons, and neural networks. They are the key elements to delivering specific neuron processing guidance and supporting the critical processes of neuron training, leaning, and the application of Adaptive Thinking, Assembled Knowledge, and Intuitive Neural Intelligence processing to solve a problem or gain answers.
These system management powers, and neuron control abilities can be employed to both focus and push the limits of the neurons to new and higher levels of intelligent performance and the controlled expansion of computerized problem solving.
